AEM have manufactured and designed large bore fuel rails, adjustable fuel pressure regulators and high volume fuel filters, everything you need to ensure that the fuel gets to where its going and the rate you need it there!

The idea for developing their own fuel delivery products stems back from the mid 90's and their Drag racing exploits, back then their competition were trying to provide fuelling for 500+bhp vehicles through factory components which could not supply the oversized injectors they were using. With data gained from this early drag racing experience, AEM developed the parts now available to the public.

 

 

 

 

 

 

FUEL RAILS

 

AEM high volume fuel rails feature a 1/2 inch fuel bore which is capable of flowing enough fuel to support applications up to 1000bhp. The large bore dampens backpressure pulses created by larger injectors yet at the same time works perfectly with stock injectors too.

The rail accepts as a direct bolt on either the O.E fuel regulator or the AEM adjustable type.

Comprehensive installation instructions, hardware, fittings and O-rings are included with each rail.

ADJUSTABLE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR

AEM's Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulators are capable of supporting enough fuel flow for engines with power in excess of 1000bhp. The patented interchangeable discharge ports enable the regulator's output to match the output from any fuel pump, adjustable from 20psi to the maximum fuel pump capacity. Both vehicle specific and universal regulators are available.

FUEL FILTERS

AEM's High Volume Fuel Filters for Honda's/Acura's are capable of supporting power applications up to 500bhp. Double O-Ring seals deliver added leak protection and the filters aluminium body ensure durability. Replacement elements are available at most autopart stores.

The units can also be used as a floating application on most vehicles and fits in stock locations on Honda/Acura applications, these applications require no additional parts, you can see from the picture on the right that the top and bottom of the case has large hexes machined into them for easy disassembly.
